Claudia Schwarz, vice president of MusicTech Germany, was selected from 1,300 applicants to participate in the Keychange program. Keychange is a groundbreaking international initiative led by the PRS Foundation to empower women to help change the future of the music industry and encourage festivals to achieve 50:50 gender parity by 2022.
60 emerging artists and innovative women from across Europe have been selected to accelerate change and create a better inclusive music industry for current and future generations at international festivals in a series of showcases and panels.
We are proud and congratulate our Vice President for being part of this movement. The Keychange program is funded by an innovation fund from the Creative Europe Desk of the European Commission.
